I've changed my journal style.  I've been waiting for this one to be released since it was designed.  I quite like it, my only problem is that you can't change the size of the journal area or the size of the side bar.  Ah well, i like the colours.  I wonder how long it will last.

 I've been going to yoga for the last three weeks on Monday nights.  I'm really enjoying it.  I feel all stretched out and revitalised afterwards.  It's kinda funny thought, each evening we've been driving over i've seen a different animal walk out in front of the car.  The first night it was a fox, the next a hare and last night we saw a deer.  I ( Read more... )

Kerry was amazing.  The weather was miserable but it was wonderful to go out walking despite that.

Finally i've uploaded all my photos from the last year.  It taken me a while and it's been a bit painstaking but it's done.  Yeah.

It's not too bad, I can hold my breath for 1 minute and 35 seconds.  Before I went travelling I was able to hold it for much longer, well not much longer, a minute and 40 and rarely a minute and 50 seconds.

It's a good thing to practice, I think.  It'll give me an idea of how long i can hold it when kayaking.  Of course the above times would never ( Read more... )
